Elder Care Provider

We are a family in Qualicum Beach, British Columbia, searching for a reliable elder care provider to join our home care team for my Mom.
This is a part-time, live-out position that requires compassionate individuals who are committed to providing exceptional care.
The ideal candidate will be a female who can help toilet my Mom and help her back to bed during the night. Preferably 12 pm - 5 am, 7 days a week.
Both of my parents are very sweet gentle people.
We are offering a competitive wage of $20 per hour. Our family values open communication and a supportive working environment. My Mom is 84, and my Dad is 93. My Dad has been her caregiver at night but it's too much for him. We need to make sure my Mom is safe at night.
She has Parkinson's, some mild dementia & mobility problems.
