The Job

This role is responsible to overseeing the Case Management and Afterlife Memorial Service and for our elderly members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all assigned funeral cases, ensuring dignified and timely service delivery.
• Liaise with families, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage logistics and documentation.
• Offer emotional support and information to clients or their families over the phone.
• Accurately input and maintain funeral case data in the internal database.
• Ensure timely updates and data integrity for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Assist with setup, coordination, and on-site duties as needed.
• Participate in the hotline rotation to respond to inquiries and provide assistance during and outside regular hours.
• Provide ad hoc logistical and administrative support for community and memorial events organized by the eldercare team.
