Elearning proposal lead (contract)

Limestone Learning is looking for an experienced elearning proposal lead to join our team in a high-trust, mission-critical role. This position sits at the intersection of learning solution design, client engagement and proposal development. You will play a central role in shaping how we engage with prospective clients — from early conversations through to finalized proposals, estimates and RFP responses.

This is not a high-volume proposal-writing role. We focus on well-qualified opportunities and long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will bring deep learning and development (L&D) expertise — particularly in custom elearning — and the judgment to help us pursue the right work, in the right way.

This role will evolve over time, with clear potential to grow into a broader proposal leadership, solution design and strategic business development function.
