Position Summary

A regional Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing Field Service activities for all local Orange EV Vehicles. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and providing root cause analysis; evaluating Remote Monitoring System data to identify performance‑related concerns and study vehicle utilization; accurately recording all service work and developing reports; collaborating with customers and third‑party service providers; providing technical support for sales and marketing; performing field upgrades or retrofits; and facilitating tool and parts warehousing. The technician will plan and execute a complete service strategy for the region with the Service Team.
