Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of plant instrumentation and electrical systems. Support safe, reliable, and cost‑effective plant operations through maintenance and engineering improvements. Review and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Participate in shutdown and turnaround planning and execution activities. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment issues and recommend reliability improvements. Support spare parts optimization and maintenance planning initiatives. Lead or support small capital improvement and plant modification projects. Analyze maintenance data and identify opportunities for operational and reliability improvements. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and internal procedures.
