Electrical Construction Designer

Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and metal modular equipment centers for housing fully equipped electrical distribution and control equipment.
Along with a newly renovated 300,000 sq. foot facility, we have expanded into another 180,000 sq. foot facility that will foster our continued growth as we continue to be recognized as the undisputed leaders in our industry. As a result of our expansion, we are looking for an Electrical Construction Designer to support both our Generator and our Modular Equipment Center Electrical Engineering groups.
Responsibilities
Perform conduit, cable tray, and wireway fill calculations.
Complete accurate drawings showing raceway and equipment layouts to be used in Production.
Create list of materials to be prefabricated for projects.
Create labels, panel schedules, and other documentation needed for construction.
