The Estates Hard FM Team is responsible for the day to day repairs, PPM and operational testing for a wide range of building services and equipment located in the Trust.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and flexible Maintenance Electrician to join our multi-Skilled Estates team at Mile End Hospital site providing operational maintenance services throughout the Trust and its associated properties and sites.

You will be a keen team member with a recognised building services electrical apprenticeship or equivalent and have post qualification experience with in a complex building services environment. Duties will include statutory maintenance works as instructed to ensure compliance with current HTM’s, Electrical Regulations, ACOP’s and Trust policies.

To undertake duties of a Competent Person (CP) in accordance with the relevant NHS HTM Guidance.
