Job Description

Maritime Electric Company, Limited is seeking candidates for the position of Electrical Engineer.

Reporting to the Manager, T&D Engineering, the Electrical Engineer is responsible for providing the planning, construction, organizing, budgeting, management, and maintenance of engineering electrical projects aimed at improving the reliability of the transmission and distribution system.

The successful candidate will have responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
Participate in design, installation and integration of the intelligent electronic devices, telecommunications systems and SCADA. Ensure that this infrastructure has been installed, maintained and operated using accepted industry standards and practices.

Perform protection coordination, control and commissioning on the transmission and distribution system.
