Barona Engineering is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support our client's development of modern heating plant projects in Espoo.

This role offers an opportunity to work with new, electricity-based industrial heating solutions such as electrode boilers, energy storage systems, heat pump technologies, and other large‑scale electrical systems used in industrial applications. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, making strong collaboration skills, initiative, and a structured approach essential.

In this position, you will be responsible for the detailed design of industrial electrical systems and for ensuring high‑quality technical solutions.
