Electrical Engineer

**Overview**

Element has an opportunity for an **Electrical Engineer** (Entry Level) to join our team of testing experts in the greater Atlanta area. This engineer would support third-party testing of state-of-the-art energy storage devices including lithium-based and other chemistries, polymer, prismatic, and cylindrical form factors including cells, batteries, and modules. The types of tests include performance, reliability, cycle life, safety / abuse tests, as well as custom tests to serve our customers’ needs for battery testing across the entire supply chain.

As a member of the operations team, the Battery Testing Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the Battery department by delivering assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate test results for our customers under minimal direct supervision.
