Electrical Engineer

Job Description:
Manage and continuously improve the complete video services portfolio (Analog TV, Digital TV, IPTV, OTT apps, Cloud Surveillance, and future services) while ensuring service quality, compliance, efficiency, and revenue growth.
Handle provisioning, operations, maintenance, and Level-3 troubleshooting of all video services, equipment, headend/co-location infrastructure, and virtual machines (Windows/Linux), including preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors and TV channel partners for issue resolution, RMAs, capacity enhancements, and ensuring 100% channel uptime (audio/video).
Manage customer coordination (email, calls, CRM tickets, visits), support city expansions or major outages, and maintain O&M of all video devices.
Ensure regulatory and security compliance (PEMRA, content licensing, data protection), maintain documentation (network diagrams, SOPs, change management), and coach juniors while supporting projects and stakeholder management.
