Job Description
Our Client, a Consumer Products And Software Services company, is looking for a Electrical Engineer IV for their Cupertino, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Ability to be self-motivated and accountable in a fast-paced, independent environment
+ Ability to think creatively as well as methodically regarding technical issues
+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and acknowledge and resolve customer issues.
+ Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
+ Strong troubleshooting with critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize and work in an unsupervised environment
+ Understanding basic electronics and knowledge of lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMM, signal generator, signal analyzer) is helpful.
