Electrical Engineer (Dyeing & Finishing Unit)
Location:Karachi / Hyderabad (Kotri), Sindh, Pakistan
Job Type:Full-Time Experience:5+ Years (Mandatory hands-on in textile)
Key Responsibilities
Install and integrate electrical & automation systems for dyeing machines (jet, beam, overflow types), stenters (heat-setting, drying, pin/clip mechanisms), and Ferraro compactors (VFD-controlled compaction, tension control, heating systems).
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, PLC issues, VFDs, sensors, and high-power heating controls to minimize production downtime.
Perform preventive & predictive maintenance on machine & equipment, including energy optimization and safety compliance.
Lead machinery relocation, upgrades, and new installations while coordinating with mechanical and production teams.
