Job Description

Requirements: 
Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems. 
Requirements: 
BERDE Accredited Professional 
(BERDE AP) or equivalent certification 
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar certification is a plus 
Additional Information: 
Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays 
Availability to be on call during emergencies
