Responsibilities

• Perform Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) on electrical systems and exhaust/fresh air motors for restaurant facilities.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and proper completion of PMS for HVAC systems.
• Handle the design, installation, and commissioning of kitchen exhaust and fresh air systems for restaurants.
• Conduct troubleshooting and risk assessments on electrical and electro‑mechanical systems.
