Electrical Engineer – R&D

• Support the design and update of electrical schematics, cable harnesses, and PCB documentation.
• Create and maintain electrical drawings using CAD tools in compliance with internal standards.
• Assist in assembly, testing, validation, and basic troubleshooting of prototypes and laboratory machines.
• Collaborate with R&D and Production teams on quality improvement and industrialization activities.
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement of electrical processes.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (internships included).
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and industrial wiring principles.
• Familiarity with electrical CAD tools and schematic design.
• Hands-on attitude, proactive mindset, and strong team orientation.
• Fluent in Italian; English level B2 or higher.
