Electrical Engineer

Job Purpose

The Electrical & Electronic Engineer is responsible for supervising and executing maintenance, overhauling, troubleshooting, and design activities related to diesel engines, gearboxes, generators, and associated electrical/electronic systems. The role involves leading project teams, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and delivering reliable engineering solutions onboard vessels and within workshop environments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Project & Team Leadership

• Supervise and lead project teams for maintenance and overhauling jobs onboard vessels and in workshops.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, and support to subordinates and workshop teams.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and technical presentations when required.
