We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Manager to join our Gastonia team!

As **our** Electrical Engineering Manager you will be responsible for managing a major engineering function within the reporting unit, with accountability for people, processes, and budget oversight. This role leads a team of professional engineers by setting departmental objectives, allocating resources, directing system requirements and specifications across multiple phases, and overseeing engineering design, construction, installation and ongoing support actives to achieve operational targets and contribute to broader organizational goals.

**Salary: $131,000 to $189,200 + bonus opportunity**
