Responsibilities
+ Project Review: Analyze project plans, drawings, schedules, and specifications to determine total scope.
+ Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
+ Software Estimation: Utilize McCormick and Bluebeam to generate precise project estimates.
+ Market Analysis: Adjust estimates based on current market conditions, regional labor rates, and material costs.
+ Bid Prep & Support: Build comprehensive bid proposals with the team and present technical pricing rationale at bid meetings.
