About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our growing T & D Power Systems Corporation team in Antipolo City, Rizal. As a full-time Electrical Foreman, you will oversee and coordinate electrical work across various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and manage a team of electricians to complete electrical installations and maintenance work on time and to a high standard.
2. Plan, schedule, and coordinate the electrical work to be carried out, allocating tasks and resources effectively.
3. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant electrical and building regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
4. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
