Electrical Foreperson

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the Site Foreman is the second management level in command and has a further role as a coordinating manager and client interface. The Site Foreman directs and manages all on-site unionized manpower, subcontractors, and equipment, while advocating and enforcing the company’s direction, policies, procedures, and safety standards, through to meeting construction deadlines. In collaboration with the Site Supervisor, the Site Foreman is responsible for the efficient use of labor, equipment, tools, and materials by their crews. We are looking for a Foreman to join our team on Vancouver Island.
