Role: Electrical Installation Supervisor – Gensets & Related Equipment (LV & MV)

Location: South Africa (onsite & project-based)

Purpose

Lead and supervise electrical installation teams for LV/MV gensets, transformers, switchgear, and related systems, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of LV/MV gensets and associated systems.
• Conduct inspections, diagnostics, fault-finding, and repairs in line with OEM and regulatory standards.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams for complex installations.
• Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to OH&S, risk assessments, and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and train electricians and technicians.
• Provide on-call support during emergencies, faults, and planned shutdowns.
