Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer (Contractor)

Position Overview

Giffen Consulting Ltd. (Giffen) is looking for an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer on a contract basis to support an active construction project.

While reporting to the Construction manager, this role will work closely with the project management team. This position is responsible for supporting the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of power distribution, instrumentation, and control systems. The engineer will collaborate with contractors and engineers to ensure compliance with design and code requirements. The role demands strong technical competency, the ability to adapt to evolving site conditions, and familiarity with U.S. mining standards, including MSHA.
