Electrical & Instrumentation Site Superintendent - Minerals and Metals

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on-site E&I construction activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning support.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, promoting a zero-incident culture.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance with contract specifications.
• Review IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure accurate execution.
• Interface closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve technical issues and maintain progress.
• Monitor and report on daily progress, productivity, and site challenges to project leadership.
• Support construction planning, including lookahead schedules and resource allocation.
• Ensure quality control through inspections, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and turnover documentation.
