Electrical Maintenance Coordinator

Fuze HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Coordinator to lead the electrical team at a long-standing cement plant in Richmond, BC. You will oversee electrical maintenance, automation, and instrumentation, managing a team of supervisors, automation specialists, and unionized electricians.
This role is ideal for candidates with industrial manufacturing experience who have transitioned from hands-on trades to supervisory roles. You will ensure plant reliability, minimize downtime, and optimize maintenance operations while mentoring and developing your team. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6am or 7am start Compensation:

Base salary of $110K – $130K
