• Act as the off‑site technical lead, coordinating and supporting off‑site maintenance activities for ESO deliverables to the ALMA Observatory.
• Propose and manage obsolescence mitigation and upgrade projects.
• Provide or coordinate training and support to ALMA Observatory teams.
• Identify and implement improvements to weaker systems.

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.
