In-House Maintenance Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced In-House Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing industrial site. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands‑on engineer looking for a stable role with responsibility across maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Salary: £36,000 per annum (equivalent to £18.77 per hour), based on 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility is required, including attendance for call‑outs where necessary.

Key responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining a proactive maintenance service schedule in line with all listed company equipment and ensuring servicing is completed in accordance with recommended intervals.
• Arranging statutory inspections with approved providers for cranes, lifting equipment, fire and security systems.
