Electrical (Maintenance) Candidate  Profile 

1 . Conduct daily morning meetings with the maintenance team to review breakdowns, preventive maintenance plans, and daily work schedules.

2. Ensure timely resolution of assembly, stamping, welding, and utility breakdowns to minimise production downtime.

3. Maintain smooth and efficient functioning of electrical systems, machines, and plant utilities.

4. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and electrical automation systems.

5. Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities for all plant machinery and equipment.

6. Maintain and control spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of critical electrical components.

7. Track and monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, breakdown time, preventive maintenance adherence, and electricity cost per part.
