About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance & Reliability Technician to support defect elimination and improve asset performance across our Reduction Maintenance operations. This is a hands‑on, improvement‑focused role in a flexible, fast‑paced environment, reporting to the Superintendent – Reduction Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support defect elimination initiatives in collaboration with planned and reactive maintenance teams.
• Analyse maintenance data to identify opportunities to extend component life and reduce early failures.
• Facilitate Root Cause Problem Solving for recurring equipment issues.
• Support PMO delivery to optimise labour, materials and business outcomes.
• Maintain and update maintenance documentation (CBPs, SPLs, drawings, BOMs and critical tasks).
