Electrical Maintenance supervisor

1) Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC/NC and conventional machines like HBM, Gantry Milling, Radial Drill, CNC Lathe, and Universal machines. Ensures machine uptime, accuracy, and smooth production operations.

2) Handles operation and maintenance of 11KV power line, switchgear, transformers, PCC/MCC panels, and plant electrical distribution. Ensures safe and reliable operation of high?voltage equipment.

3) Executes preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and enhance equipment life. Uses RCA and structured tools for permanent corrective actions.

4) Conducts maintenance of EOT cranes, gantry cranes, hoists, forklifts, and material handling systems. Performs at-height work following strict LOTO and safety procedures.
