Electrical Manager

Reports to: Maintenance Manager/Director of Operations

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Electrical Manager, you are responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all Mt Seymour electrical systems, including ski lifts and mountain infrastructure. You will lead and support a team of electricians and apprentices, oversee maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

This is a highly hands‑on leadership role that requires active participation in daily maintenance and operational activities alongside the electrical team. The successful candidate must be comfortable working outdoors year‑round in challenging mountain weather conditions, climbing lift towers, travelling by snowmobile, and responding directly to operational and emergency maintenance needs across the resort.
