Job Description

We're looking for a Project Engineer - Electrical & Control to join our Gladstone operations team. This is a hands-on project delivery role where you'll take ownership of capital projects valued between $100K and $5M, integrating electrical, instrumentation, and control systems across a complex heavy industrial site.

You'll work closely with project managers, area managers, maintenance teams, and external specialists to bring projects from concept through to commissioning and handover - so if you thrive in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, this one's for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Owning the full lifecycle of capital projects ($100K - $5M) - from early planning through to delivery - keeping safety, quality, budget, and timelines on track

Working with project owners, engineers, and area managers to get clear on what success looks like for each project's electrical and control systems
