Job Description

                    Key Responsibilities
Responsible for project design and development. 
Responsible for project coordination and implementation. 
Coordinate with project stakeholders; clients, consultants, main contractors, local authorities, sub-contractors, suppliers and etc. 
Attend meetings & inspections with project stakeholders; clients, consultants, main contractors, local authorities, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc. 
Attend to all customer complaints, resolve reported non-conformance, and monitor corrective and preventive actions. 
Attend to equipment testing. 
Preparation & submission of project documentation. 
Preparation of construction design, material planning, project schedule and etc. 
Communicate with draftsmen to produce drawings. 
Preparation & submission of monthly progress claims, & VOs. 
Quality control of workmanship.
