Job Description – Electrical Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting activities to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and assign tasks to technicians, monitor work progress, and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Diagnose electrical faults in machinery and equipment and oversee corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts consumption.

Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance and supervision in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

Education

• Diploma or B-Tech degree in Electrical.
