Job Description

We are looking for a talented and skilled Electrical Supervisor - Utility & Substation in Steel Melting Plant to join our multicultural and diverse team in Kuwait. You will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets safely and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

Design, plan, and oversee the construction and maintenance of electrical substations, power distribution systems, and utility infrastructure within the steel plant.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that electrical systems meet the requirements of production processes and safety standards.
Perform power system studies, load flow analysis, and fault analysis to ensure optimal design and operation of substations and power distribution networks.
