**Job Description Summary**: As an Electrical Systems Future of Flight Engineer, you will work in the New Technology Introduction (NTI) Electrical group focusing on inventing the future of flight within the Electrical Systems domain.
You will also work external parties for project development.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support Development the new generation of Electrical Systems technical leaders focusing on advanced technologies such as open fan, hybrid electric and hydrogen.
- Collaborate with the global Advanced Technologies team and ensure quality and on time delivery for hardware and software items.
- Establish and execute a short-term, mid-term and long-term plans to meet program milestones.
- Contribute to leadership to establish a strategy to meet business objectives.
