Electrical Technician (Hiring Immediately)

KEM Power is seeking skilled and motivated Electrical Field Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of renewable energy systems. This position requires physical stamina, outdoor work, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain renewable energy systems, including inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and transformers.
• Perform pre-commissioning, cold commissioning, and hot commissioning tasks as required.
• Conduct routine inspections and tests on equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Lift and carry heavy loads (50+ lbs) as part of daily tasks.
• Work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions.
