The Role – Electrical Business Unit Director (BUD)

The Electrical BUD will lead a semi‑independent Business Unit , delivering electrical BIM/VDC services for US‑based projects . A Business Unit in ENG is a group of approximately 15–30 team members with its own set of clients, portfolio of projects, P&L, and growth strategy . This BU will be fully dedicated to the electrical trade , delivering BIM/VDC solutions for complex, US‑based MEP projects.

You will:

• Oversee the strategy, operations, and profitability of the Electrical BU.
• Lead a diverse team of Project Managers, BIM Coordinators, Technical Leaders, Job Captains, BIM Specialists, and Modelers focused on US electrical BIM/VDC projects.
• Ensure world‑class delivery to US clients while building a strong career path and growth experience for team members.
