Job Description

• Perform maintenance and repair works related to plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
• Troubleshoot and fix basic facility issues (leaks, wiring, fixtures, doors, etc.).
• Conduct regular inspection of building facilities and equipment.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the work area.
• Assist in other maintenance tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate.
