**What will I be doing?**
·Respond to repair requests and perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, and appliances.
·Maintain and repair all Electrical work in the guest rooms and all related areas in accordance with the preventive maintenance procedures and standard guidelines.
·Able to identify the faults and troubleshoot all electrical circuits.
·Carries out PPM assignments as per the given schedule.
·Understands all aspects of electrical safety such as conductor sizing, insulation, overloads, etc.
·Keeps the distribution panels clean and locked.
·Identifies and maintains circuit breakers.
·Maintain cleanliness in all the MV & LV rooms.
·Monitor and record all the energy meter reading.
·Follow all job instructions given by Shift Engineer or other Senior Staffs.
·Report any serious maintenance problem or safety related issues to Shift Engineer immediately.
