Job Description
Ø Assemble, layout, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring for the operation of airconditioning equipment and other related services
Ø Diagnose malfunstioning electrical systems related to airconditioning equipment, apparatus and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate cause of breakdown in order to correct problem
Ø Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and the need to adjust or repair while ensuring compliance with codes
Ø Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters and oscilloscopes to ensure compatability and safety of the system
Ø Maintain current electrician's license or identification card to meet governmental regulations
Ø Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes
