Electrician

The successful candidates will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure the efficient operation of building facilities.

Skills

<>Strong background in electrical and industrial works
• Proficient in the use of basic power tools (e.g., grinder, drill, etc.)
• Reliant for call of duty (especially if there is an emergency in the operations); willing to be assigned either day or night shift depending on building needs
• Advantageous if with experience in handling heavy machinery and equipment
• Has good character and work ethic
• Physically fit and reliable; not prone to frequent sickness (even family members living with are not frequently sick)
• Skilled in carpentry and basic troubleshooting
• Can perform minor civil works and repairs
• Has good interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with people (in our case, also unit owners and residents)
