Electrician

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures following safety standards.
• Perform CCTV installation, configuration, wiring, and troubleshooting .
• Install and organize structured cabling (data, voice, network cabling – UTP/STP, fiber if applicable).
• Set up and support auxiliary systems such as access control, fire alarm, PA/BGM systems, and other low‑voltage devices.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and auxiliary systems.
• Read and interpret electrical plans, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Ensure all installations comply with local electrical codes and safety guidelines.
• Diagnose electrical issues and recommend solutions.
• Prepare reports on completed tasks, materials used, and system conditions.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and clients to ensure timely project completion.
