Job Description
- Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including civil works, painting, minor plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical repairs.
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards, maintaining the functionality, safety, and appearance of campus facilities.
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of regular preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are routinely checked, minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems including lighting, wiring, outlets, distribution panels, and related electrical equipment.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
