We are seeking Multi Skilled Technicians with experience in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works. The role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting building systems, and carrying out repair works across residential, commercial, and facility management projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience
  • Building maintenance experience required
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
  • Handyman experience preferred
  • Ability to perform maintenance and repair works independently
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance standards
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
