About the Role:

The Electrical Foreman plays a critical leadership role in overseeing and coordinating all electrical installation on high end residential construction sites to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This position requires managing teams of electricians ensuring compliance with construction safety standards. The Foreman will collaborate closely with project managers and other trades to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any on-site issues promptly. A key outcome of this role is to deliver high-quality electrical installations that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, the Residential Electrical Foreman ensures that all aspects of the electrical work contribute to the successful completion of residential building projects while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
