Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician [2nd Shift]

Iteris is seeking two Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to support overall manufacturing operations and requires an assembly shop background. Ability to assemble mechanically and electrically OEM equipment. Individual carries out routine assignments and supports Production Lead in disassembly and troubleshooting as needed. This position will also perform routine quality tasks associated with AS9100 compliance, and handling of discrepant material.



2nd shift schedule: M-Th 1:30pm - 11:00pm and F 8:00am - 12:00pm



$1.50/hr. premium for 2nd shift hours.



What you will be doing:




+ Study assembly instructions, drawing specifications, schematics, and parts lists

+ Gather parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials required for the job

+ Position parts and tools by using templates or reading measurements

+ Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit
