Electro-mechanical Technician

PRINCIPAL / JOB PURPOSE

Ensures operation of machinery and electrical equipment by completing preventive and predictive maintenance requirements. And provide electrical/electronic and mechanical diagnostics, perform repairs to process machinery, equipment and controls, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and other electrical related systems

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Able to understand PLC logic and troubleshoot to improve machine performance.
• Provide routine and preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to production equipment.
• Proficiently utilize a wide variety of tools and instrumentation such as personal computers, DMM, ammeter, oscilloscope, hand tools, power tools, and predictive maintenance tools
• Conduct and document activities on a variety of technical tasks such as assembly, disassembly, fabrication, test, and calibration of electronic and mechanical systems
