Electro Technical Officer (Eto) Offshore - Seismic/research Vessel

Join OSM Thome as an Electro Technical Officer (ETO) on an offshore seismic/research vessel based in Stavanger. In this role you will be responsible for keeping all electrical and electronic equipment safe, reliable, and ready for operations at sea.
- **Key responsibilities**:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all electrical and electronic systems onboard
- Ensure safe operation of power generation, distribution, and automation systems
- Look after navigation, communication, and seismic/research equipment
- Carry out planned maintenance and keep technical records up to date
- Work closely with the bridge, engine, and deck teams to support vessel operations
- **Requirements**:
- Valid Electro Technical Officer (ETO) license and STCW certificates
- Experience as ETO onboard offshore, seismic, or research vessels
- Strong knowledge of marine electrical and electronic systems
- Good English communication skills, spoken and written
