Tasks
 Participating in equipment installations and removals during relocations.
 Performing repairs both in-house and directly at client sites.
 Diagnosing technical issues and proposing effective solutions.
 Providing courteous and professional customer service.
 Writing intervention reports and ensuring thorough follow-up.
 Perform any other related duties.
